Classes are one hour long.
One on one classes are R250 per hour.
Two people is R400 per hour.
Group classes will be introduced in the near future at R100 per person per hour.

I came to South Africa from the UK in 1984 as a teacher and spent the first 12 years teaching physical education and maths at St. John’s college.

After leaving teaching, I started 4 Ways Scuba based in Fourways Mall.  I sold the business in 2012 to start up a health spa.

I offer Pilates coaching along with personal training, yoga, kettlebells and crossfit training based at the Genet-X Personal Training Facility in the Fourways Junction centre next to the Leaping Frog Shopping Centre.

Although my emphasis is on the Pilates core strengthening, I also include yoga postures and depending on the individual’s need incorporate strength and cardio training.

Genet-X  gym has a fully equipped weights section, a separate Pilates area and a crossfit section so they cater for any individual’s requirements.
